Our assisted reproduction clinic in Madrid
The Fertility Center is a family-run clinic located in the heart of Madrid. It comprises a multidisciplinary team of professionals (gynecologists, andrologists, nurses, biologists, etc.) with decades of experience and training in assisted reproduction.
Our gynecologists have over 30 years of professional experience, which contributes to the high success rate we offer in our treatments (in vitro fertilization, artificial insemination, egg donation, egg freezing, etc.).
We also incorporate the most effective and advanced embryo identification and selection techniques into our fertility treatments, such as preimplantation genetic testing and the Embrace test.
Finally, we also have a large in-house laboratory equipped with the most innovative technology currently available in assisted reproduction.
Get to know the fertility laboratory
The laboratory is the heart of any assisted reproduction clinic. The success of treatments depends largely on its technology and the work of the biologists.
For this reason, Centro de Fertilidad Madrid has its own large laboratory divided into three areas. Furthermore, the laboratory is fully operational 365 days a year, as our embryologists are on call on holidays and weekends.
Andrology Laboratory
Area designated for semen samples. Semen analysis, sperm preparation, sperm selection, and other tests related to male sperm are performed in this area.
The Andrology laboratory has a positive pressure ventilation system, a laminar flow hood, a biological safety centrifuge, two microscopes, and an incubator.
Cryopreservation Laboratory
This space is dedicated to the cryopreservation of oocytes and sperm, and the vitrification and devitrification of embryos. Therefore, this is a fundamental area in treatments for preserving female fertility (egg freezing) or in in vitro fertilization techniques that require egg donation.
Laboratory of Embryology and PGT-A
This area is directly connected to the operating room via a door. This allows for the immediate handling and storage of any samples obtained (for example, oocytes from follicular puncture). In this space, light and temperature conditions are precisely regulated. This ensures optimal conditions for embryo growth in the laboratory.

Artificial insemination
Our team of fertility experts has been working for over 30 years with patients who have already fulfilled their dream: to start a family.
In vitro fertilization (IVF)
It involves stimulating the ovaries to extract the eggs. These are then fertilized in the laboratory with sperm, and the resulting embryo is transferred to the uterus.
Egg donation
It is an in vitro fertilization treatment in which eggs, from an anonymous donor, are fertilized with the partner's sperm.
Double donation
It is an in vitro fertilization treatment in which both the eggs and the sperm are obtained from anonymous donors.
CLOTHING Method
For female couples, when both want to participate in motherhood: one provides the egg and the other carries out the pregnancy.
Preservation of female fertility
It is an in vitro fertilization treatment in which eggs, from an anonymous donor, are fertilized with the partner's sperm.
Fertility studies
We offer fertility studies for men and women who want to check the status of their reproductive health.
Preimplantation genetic testing
It involves performing a biopsy on the embryos to detect abnormalities, such as Down syndrome.
Embrace Test
Non-invasive genetic analysis that allows the identification and selection of the best embryos to be transferred to the woman's uterus.
