Assisted reproduction treatments
The assisted reproduction techniques that we offer at Centro de Fertilidad are the following:
Artificial insemination
Artificial insemination consists of a fertility treatment in which a sperm sample is placed inside the uterus of the women while she is ovulating
In Vitro Fertilisation (IVF)
It consists of the stimulation of the ovaries to extract eggs. The eggs are then fertilised in the laboratory with sperm and the resulting embryo is transferred to the uterus.
Egg donation
This is an in vitro fertilisation treatment in which eggs from an anonymous donor are fertilised with the couple's sperm.
Double donation
It is an in vitro fertilisation treatment in which both eggs and sperm are obtained from anonymous donors.
ROPA method
For female couples, when both want to participate in the fertility process: one provides the egg and the other carries out the gestation.
Fertility’s study
We offer fertility tests for men and women who want to check the status of their reproductive health.
Coito dirigido
Consiste en programar, mediante control ecográfico, las relaciones sexuales de la pareja para el momento de máxima fertilidad.
Preservación de la fertilidad femenina
Es un tratamiento de fecundación in vitro en el que los óvulos, procedentes de una donante anónima, se fecundan con el semen de la pareja.
Estudio genético preimplantacional
Consiste en realizar una biopsia de los embriones para detectar anomalías. Por ejemplo, el síndrome de Down.

We have two assisted reproduction centres, one in Barcelona and the other in Bilbao, where we offer a first visit in person. However, if you live outside these cities, we can arrange a first appointment by video call.
